How to Recharge BDG Game Wallet – Step by Step

Click Login above and enter your mobile number and password to access your account.

Go to Deposit
Tap your Account icon → select Deposit or Recharge.

Choose Payment Method & Amount
Select UPI, Net Banking, or Card. Enter your deposit amount (minimum ₹100 for UPI). For the first recharge bonus, deposit at least ₹300.

Complete the Payment
Complete the payment in your banking app (GPay, PhonePe, etc.). Note the UTR number from your payment confirmation.

Enter UTR Number
Paste the UTR number in the BDG Game deposit form and tap Submit. Your wallet balance updates within minutes.

Go to Promotions → Receive to claim your first recharge bonus (₹60 on ₹300, ₹150 on ₹1,000).
💡 What is the UTR Number? The UTR (Unique Transaction Reference) is a 12-digit code shown in your payment confirmation SMS or banking app. It links your payment to your BDG Game account. Without it, your balance may not update.

Deposit Not Credited? Troubleshooting
Check UTR number
Confirm you entered the UTR number exactly as it appears in your payment confirmation. Even one digit off will cause the transaction to not match.
Wait 15 minutes
Most deposits credit within 5 minutes. If it hasn't appeared after 15–20 minutes, contact support with your UTR and a screenshot.
Payment failed
Check your bank account balance to see if the money was deducted. If not deducted, the payment failed — start a new deposit from BDG Game.
Third-party UPI
Deposits work best from a UPI or bank account registered in your own name. Third-party payments may require manual verification by support.
